Pastured Organic Jamison Farms Lamb
We have been selling John and Suki Jamison's (pronounced "JAM - i - son") lamb for more than ten years now. We believe it is by far the most delectable available.
The animals are raised at the Jamison family farm on the naturally growing grasses and spring water of the rolling hills in western Pennsylvania. With plenty of open room in which to roam, the lambs lead healthy, stress-free lives and are not given growth hormones or antibiotics. Along with conscientious processing at the right age, this makes for the most delicate, tender, rich, juicy, and tasty lamb we know. The meat is so good, the simplest preparations are best.
Please note that these are true agricultural products and variation in weight is unavoidable.
