TERMS & CONDITIONS
1) All orders are charged to your credit card at the time orders are placed. The only exception is pre-arrival offers where 'half-down,' half on arrival of product' is explicitly stated in the offer text.
2) Alcohol sales are non-refundable, as per the laws of the State of Michigan. The only exceptions are in the case of defective merchandise or the delivery of merchandise of a type or size different than what you ordered.
3) All sales of wine, beer, or spirits require current government issued picture ID showing that the recipient is of legal age (21 years) at the time of delivery.
4) Every attempt has been made to ensure accuracy of vintages and prices, but we reserve the right to correct pricing and vintage errors without notice. We will not fill your order at a higher price without your consent.
5) We do not ship alcoholic beverages. We can make deliveries of wine and beer within the local Ann Arbor area. Please select 'Local Delivery' during checkout.
6) Orders are filled on a first come, first-served basis. If we are unable to fill your order, we will notify you.
7) Event tickets are not refundable later than 72 hours before the event.
